Peula is the Hebrew word for action. Here, an action of one citizen or customer to fix something in the world, that is in the hands of an organization. By publishing our correspondence with organizations of all kinds, Government, Commercial or Municipal, we can hold them accountable to address issues in their responsibility, fast and well.

So instead of writing a regular complaint letter, that is many times ignored with a polite answer, you can now write openly on Peula, get other people to follow you, so your questions get backed up with the voice of a group, that is much likely to get a serious fast official reply.

The system is based on an open source question and answers system, called OSQA.

Any one can ask a question, invite people to vote up the question and to subscribe to it, so the organization is compelled to come aboard and answer.

This works for now in Hebrew, for Israel, at this address:

We'd love to get your thoughts and ideas. For now please use the contact form.

If you want a similar site for yourself - it is very easy to install thanks to OSQA, and if you need help with getting it up we'd also love to help.
